Prenatal Classes

Prenatal Classes provide expectant parents with information on how to have a healthy pregnancy and birth. You are given a guided tour of what to expect as you embark on your "Journey to parenthood". Classes are offered at the South Hastings-Prince Edward Ontario Early Years Centre delivered in partnership with the Hastings & Prince Edward Counties Health Unit. The services are free.

Prenatal Class general topics include:

• Health & Nutrition
• Breastfeeding
• Postpartum changes
• Infant development
• Community resources for new parents
