Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Prenatal classes can help you and your family experience a healthy pregnancy and have the healthiest baby possible. Expectant couples are encouraged to start prenatal classes as soon as possible in their pregnancy.

Classes are offered throughout Hastings and Prince Edward counties and include information on: Healthy Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, Labour and Delivery and Preparation for Parenting. Classes are FREE and support persons are encouraged to attend.

Evening classes run from 6:30 to 9:00 pm
All-day classes run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre and the Prince Edward Family Health Team also provide information on Labour and Delivery for clients in Quinte West and Prince Edward County.
